1. Order
It is very easy to make an order. When you find an item you would like to order or purchase, just click the price list tab in the navigation menu. It will take you to a form to ask our valid price list and products spesification. Please remember to fill it with your correct e-mail address. Your correct e-mail address is the only way for us to correspondence with you.

Or you can ask for the special price, quality and quantity of capacity the product/minimum order and even to request the sample of the product or anything you want to know by clicking contact us tab and send your filled form.

2. Payment Method
We only recommend you to pay by bank transfer directly to our bank account. And do keep in mind that we will wait for the funds to clear before processing your order. We need to receive at least 50% of the payment at the time of order is placed and the rest of 50% when the goods are ready to ship.

5. Delivery / Shipping
We uses a variety of carries to find the best services depending on distance and destination. You can choose the type of shipping/delivery;

1. Air Shipping Service, will take 3 - 7 days business/working days to arrive to customer's address.
2. Sea Freight Service, to be delivered to the customer 4 - 8 weeks depending to destinations, and will be notified to the customers upon each transaction.
3. Courier Agent, to be delivered only for national customer within 2 - 5 days business/working days.

Please note that buyers will be responsible for all shipping/delivery fees but you can also arrange it with our services partner.
